Courtney Nix is the real estate expert for Guided Moves Realty. As Co-Founder, she built Guided Moves around a belief that homeowners and their families deserve an agent who treats this transition as the significant life moment it truly is. Courtney is the face of Guided Moves in the community. The person that clients, families, and professional partners know by name and trust by experience. She's a skilled negotiator, a calm presence under pressure, and the person her clients trust to protect their interests from first conversation to closing day and beyond.
